Megaworld intends to buy stake held by Metro Pacific

Megaworld Corp (0142) said it is interested in buying a controlling stake in the Fort Bonifacio Global City development, which Metro Pacific Corp is considering selling. Metro Pacific has said it is considering selling certain assets, including its Fort Bonifacio stake, in order to repay some of its borrowings.
