Lasting Legend holding 12.55% Melco Int'l

The Stock Exchange has received an initial disclosure notice from Lasting Legend Ltd. reporting its holding of 15.2 million shares in Melco International Development Limited (0200). Melco International has suspended share trading since last Friday pending an announcement in relation to a possible voluntary general offer for all the issued shares in the company.
