WellNetˇ¦s unit WorldMetal\'s listing on GEM board delayed until Oct 26

WellNet Holdings Ltd (0024) said its listing of its unit, WorldMetal Holdings Ltd on the GEM board has been postponed to Oct 26. In a statement, the company said the spin-off of its wholly-owned unit will be effected via a distribution of the shares, a share subscription and the placement of new WorldMetal shares. Under the revised offer structure, the company and the public will hold about 51.373 pct and 25.119 pct respectively in WorldMetal after the spin-off.
