Easyknit Intl restructures 366.4 mln hkd debt

Easyknit International Holdings Ltd (1218) said it has restructured its outstanding debts of 366.4 mln hkd. In a statement, it said the rescheduled debt of 363.7 mln hkd is repayable within five years and will be fully secured. A trade-facility of up to 2.7 mln hkd provided by HSBC, being one of the company's bank creditors, will be gradually run down, the statement said.
