City Telecom cuts IDD China rate to 0.66 hkd from 0.98

City Telecom (HK) Ltd (1137) said it has cut its IDD flat rate for China to 0.66 hkd per minute from the previous 0.98 hkd. A company official said the new rate will take effect from today and continue until Dec 31.
