iRegent's Mellon in talks to sell stakes

iRegent Group Ltd. (0575), an asset management company, said substantial shareholder James Mellon and other directors and employees of the company are in talks to sell less than 35 percent of the total voting rights in the existing issued share capital of the company. Trading in shares of the company will resume today after suspension since Oct. 8 for this statement. The stock was last quoted at 17.3 HK cents.
