China Aluminium to raise 4.7 bln hkd from H share listing

China Aluminium Co is planning to launch an H-share listing to raise about 4.7 bln hkd next month. It will offer 3.3 bln H shares in its initial public offering and an international share placement. The company has reduced the fund raising size from the previously planned 7.8 bln hkd.
