HKGCC appeals government to subsidize SMEs

Christopher Cheng, Chairman of Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce, welcomed the Government's proposal in the Policy Address to set up a $1.9 billion fund for local small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), though the ways the Government allocates the fund will have critical influence on the effectiveness of the measures. He thinks that there should also be subsidies
